DON'T GO TO PROVIDENCE FRACILITIES!!!!!! BAD NEWS IF YOU"VE BEEN IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Providence Health & Services Health Information Management Department (Records Department) and Business Office are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Providence CONSTANTLY sends the wrong records and bills when requested by the Personal Injury Law Office I work for. I also personally see Providence "miss bill/double bill" appointments to the wrong insurance company(ies) ALL THE TIME. In fact, I have seen the Business Office bill MULTIPLE insurance companies ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
