I took my reently Purchased Malibu in (no Appointment) to have the Front Spoiler checked since it the Car was Scraping at Low Surfaces. My Service Advisor was Dwighr Nelson. He met me at the Service Bay Entrance and Greeted me with a Caring Smile and Verbal Salutations. He then Instructed me to where I could wait for my Car. Each and Every Team Member of Gateway Greeted me and made me feel a Sense of being Welcome and I was particularly impressed with the Professional Courtesy extended by the obviously Motivated and Content Associates. My Car was returned to me in short order by Dwight Nelson. I can be fairly sure that the same Service would have been presented to me by any of the Advisors, because I observed them with other Customers also. I can and will Recommend Gateway Chevrolet to everyone whom may need their Expertise. Kudos to all the Highly Trained and Good People at Gateway Chevrolet. They have more than Demonstrated that Team Work is certainly the By-Note to Accomplisheing any Task. Thanks, again for the very wonderful Service at Gateway Chevrolet.
