Purchased an Equinox from Gateway & had a serious issue with customer service relating to the extended warranty with the Service Representative.
I received a call from from Dan Beaver. He listened attentively to my concern, apologized for any issues with miscommunication and customer service and earned back my business. He was respectful, professional and he didn't make me defend myself, debate, beg, argue, etc. He just provided good, honest customer service. THANK YOU!!
