Here is an experience, which I have yet to understand. Apart from the extremely disappointing service, management handled our case very poorly from start to end.

I decided to hire BeUnique agency after the raving reviews I heard from one of my friends about this agency. We met with the team (Ali and Sameer) and briefed them on the scope of work and deliverables we were expecting from the campaign and clearly explained that we wanted (sales conversions). Three weeks into the campaign we received 0 calls. We flagged the issue to the team multiple times to no avail.

I am the owner of a little restaurant in JLT and every Dirham counts (especially in marketing campaigns). A month later, I spoke to Ali clearly expressing my disappointment with the way the campaign and our account were handled. He explained that because of the nature of our business, the conversions would be very low (should this have been communicated earlier, we would never have hired them to begin with). We then decided to end things on a positive note and asked for a refund of the management fees. This is when things started to get worse. The matter then escalated when the owner of the company sent a very lame reply indicating that we have no reason to complain. We've been following up through email and text messages ever since and haven't heard back from them to date.

This sort of unprofessionalism left me no choice but to write this review.

I have been in the service industry for over 10 years and this experience left me speechless. Clearly unprofessional staff that lack the spirit of good service.

Definitely do NOT recommend.
