I've been to the Muttart Conservatory twice. Once for the regular exhibit, and once for the annual Light Walk that is held between November and January. Both times were enjoyable and it is nice to have such an attraction in the heart of this city. The pricing is a little steep, however there are discounts for students, free days throughout the year, etc.

The area the conservatory is located is usually beautiful with plenty of garden paths, and trees. Recently, with the construction of the LRT Valley Line, a lot of that has been tainted. Definitely still worth visiting, though.

Staff is very friendly and the cafe located inside serves great coffee, tea, and some specialty drinks.
