First issue I need to pay twice for the same stay....

First issue I need to pay twice for the same stay. The advance amount was not adjusted during check out. The amount is still not back in my account after 11 days but it was confirm to be returned after within 7 days. Secondly the behavior of front desk staffs are horrible. Will never recommend to any of my friend & colleague to visit this hotel or ibis group hotel. Also ask my company travel desk to remove it from recommend list.
