I have to say, this is the first time in my life, ...

I have to say, this is the first time in my life, where a 5-star hotel, with 5 star service and 5 star amenities does not provide WiFi service for non-staying guests who dine at the Lobby Lounge. Absolutely ridiculous. Hotels in central KL can easily provide WiFi for paying customers at restaurants. Why is One World lacking? Absolutely ridiculous.
