IiNet are really a pleasure to deal with. I signed on when they had a special deal for reduced price installation. The technician spent over 2 hours getting our connection just right. So far after 2 years of trouble free service, they promptly trouble-shooted our modem which developed a fault due to a power surge. I am pleased to say they fixed our issue with the modem and we are enjoying a speedy internet once again.

Their technical support is second to none.
