Stayed here for a couple days while in Osaka and traveling in the nearby area. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Room with one queen bed was a little on the small side but very comfortable none the less. I am 6'4" and the shower was a nice change after the airbnb we stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto. I can't say enough nice things about the bartenders, Hori and Yoshikawa, at the sports bar on the 10th floor.
