I have been shopping in Computer Alliance for about 8 years. Since they started using two girls at the front desk, my experience has never been good. I remember one time, one of them who wears glasses couldn't find the USB keys I ordered. She spent a good 15 minutes on checking each drawer. After her colleague told her where the stuff was, she unboxed them and shelved them first instead of serving me first. Guess what she said to me after she turned around? "Oh look, I found them!" instead of "Sorry keep you waiting..." What was I supposed to reply. "Oh thank you so much. you are a champion!". "Are you fuxxing serious?????!"

She is a fuxxing stupid b1tch who doesn't have any idea what customer service is. My God! Both those chicks are fuxxing hopeless. No smile, no thank you. I made my decision that I will never ever step into that store again.
