I was very pleased with how well the staff listened to me and walked me through the service request. From the receptionist to the service personnel that came to inspect and fix my problem; I was pleased with the professional manner everyone used. Everything was well explained in advance and I am very satisfied with work that was done.

I plan to stay with Schaal for my heating, cooling and plumbing needs in the future and would strongly recommend them to others!
