Hi Guys I rang direct from the UK today when your phone lines opened to enquire about booking the Regal Princess 3rd March 2019 FLL Caribbean 7 night sailing. The guy I spoke to seemed really off and not interested in my questions and shut me down when I was asking questions re various cabins. I was so disappointed in the call I decided to finish the call politely and call the Princess UK sales number myself, which I then went onto upgrade to a suite. The lady I spoke to was first class and really helpful and also recognised I had travelled before with Princess and sold me more than I previously wanted which was fine as her selling skills were great. Just goes to show that the first impression counts. Will not use Dargal now not recommend it at all to any of our travel colleagues.
