For starters my husband and I have been coming here for about 10 years now. The hotel is nice. We walk in to the room, check the mattresses ( ocd about bed bugs) we find a sock, ear bud,and a used condom. I bring it to management's attention the get it refreshed and issue us a breakfast buffet voucher for 4. Us and our friends. Well 18%gratuity and drinks we had to pay. Which is understandable but the buffet was terrible gratuity was $13 for someone to just bring us drinks.... the pool and hot tub shuts down at 11 which is new because we've gotten in it at 2-3am before. Not happy about any of it and were not hard to please at all.
