I left a booking for a table on the message recorder. After they did not return the call (saying that they would not call a non american number), I called them and got a verbal confirmation. "Be there at 20.45, and wait on the bar and we will seat you at 9.30"). They keep the peaople standing outside for 40 minutes or more ! After entering they gave us two bar chairs along the wall. While complaining, the manager told me that they are fully booked ahead for two weeks !!! Well, glad they have a great business. But they don't care manipulating the people. Just to keep the place full. If you care about being seated as per your booking, better stay away or try to make sure you get what you ordered.
