Best kid classes in NYC and most heart-stopping awesome performances from the company you will ever see!

If you ve ever wondered what to do on a lazy weekend afternoon, look no further. This gym is tucked away in Williamsburg, and has an impressive setup with an even greater staff. Had a chance to try an open level trapeze class through classpass but would definitely return on my own. The instructors are welcoming and encouraging, and very attentive to everyone s level of comfort, so after a few rounds of adjustments you re able to fly fearlessly. This would be an awesome activity if you re looking to try something new and adrenaline pumping, or even as a group event, say a birthday party (for adults!). Highly recommend!

This was my initial reason for going to Brooklyn, and what fun it is. :) Remember when you were young and jumped around and just were silly, well that's what Streb has for adults, kids, and adult kids.

Streb is the last name of the owner whom is a performer, artist, director, and innovator.

Streb offers classes for: Trampoline, Trapeze, Flipping, Aerial Silks, Pop Action (it's an original discipline, and it's addictive), German wheel, and more.

We discovered Streb during NYC Dance week when I was able to take a free Parkour class, oh yeah they have Parkour....WHAT!? Yup and it's fun and easy going. The Space is pretty big but transforms into different options utilizing the space in an efficient and awesome manner.

There are pads all over so bang yourself all over and have fun bring your kids to the kids classes. It's a public space which means you can just drop in and watch classes, not only that the staff are all performers who rehearse and you can watch... WHAT!? Yup they are cool folks who can flip, split, walk on there hands and perform at the London Olympics. Yeah this is a spot to check out in NYC.

Took a trapeze class here as my first time and the staff there were all super engaged and encouraging, great at teaching and settling any nerves, and overall just a really fun chill place to go to.

A one-of-a-kind joint that should be on every active New Yorker's radar. Streb is all about "Action Mechanics," whether you're watching it or taking a class to learn it. The shows, offered intermittently, are breathtaking and easily America's Got Talent caliber. The classes -- everything from basic tumbling to advanced trapeze -- sound fascinating and belong on everyone's bucket list.
