IF YOU LIKE OVERPRICED ENTERTAINMENT FROM PERFORMERS WHO EITHER SHOULD NEVER HAVE STARTED SINGING OR ARE PAST THEIR SELL-BY DATE, THIS IS A GREAT PLACE. THE SERVICE IS OFTEN HORRIBLE AND THE STAFF ALTERNATELY RUDE AND EVASIVE. THE FOOD SOMETIMES NOT COOKED PROPERLY AND THE PRICES FOR ALL THIS RIDICULOUS. EVEN MANHATTAN'S RICH OFTEN GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS.

Feinstein's is okay in the sense that you get to see great talent in a small, intimate setting. But, have been there twice and have felt each time that they just slightly miss the mark. Almost feels like a tourist spot, masquerading as a NYC cabaret venue. Both the food and service are underwhelming and expensive for what it is. Just doesn't have the class of the Cafe Carlyle, or the authenticity of less expensive venues like Birdland. But, that's not to say it can't improve. Here's hoping because Feinstein's has tons of potential!!
