I just edited my star rating. I'm still using the credit union and for the last 4 years it's been much better. Easier to reach folks, I got in a direct line of some and they are very helpful. Your web services have gotten easier, The ATM works well. My review from 3 years ago is below. But they have quite improved. Thank you!

3 want years ago:t support this bank because they are a local credit union and have really friendly employees. However, it's nearly impossible to get a call back from them, they don't follow up when they say they will, and when I traveled to the Philippines a year ago, my ATM card didn't work there and it took me 5 DAYS to reach the bank to get it sorted out (I had been calling all the lines I could find, and emailing every address I could find). It was finally an IT guy that got back to me and managed to connect me with a banker that could help. Just in the last couple of weeks, I deposited plenty of money which looked available in my account when I wrote three billpay outgoing checks through their website. The bank charged me three separate $28 dollar fees for using the money before it had cleared. When I went in to ask if they could refund at least some of their charges, they said no. I submitted a paper regarding the case to see if someone else could help me and was assured that they would get back to me at the beginning of last week. -Still no response.
