Totally incompetent staff
Unable to inform the customer on delay of 1:30 overwhelmed and taped behind their counter. And when you ask for an explanation no answer. A disastrous experience fortunately nice flight with very pro driver.
American organization with 10 employees who do nothing and hide behind their counter if there is a problem. As you have prepaid everyone does not care and are at the limit aggressive enough that you want to be a minimum informed ... pity !!
