The salesman educated us on the importance of this survey the first time he talked about it. The next four times he brought it up and the phone call reminder were overkill and annoying. The dealership needs to be exposed if it is true that you take $850 out of his pocket if there is a single less-than-perfect rating on a survey. His card says "Council of Sales Leadership Silver". If that is a merit-driven award it may be because no one wants to starve his children.
