My package was held-in due to 2 failed attempts by DHL (was my fault, I was in class.) The driver left stickers that notified me of their failed attempt and instructed me on how I can get the package. Spoke with a helpful someone from their "Undeliverable" department and finally came up with the simplest resolution! 5/5 definitely would use their service again!
