Tim and Glenn came out to my house a month ago to see the 4 windows I wanted replaced. I wanted to get them installed before the cold weather hit because they leaked air. After calling them every week to see what the hold up was on the estimate and having to remind Glenn who I was and what my project was (every time) he told me they decided not to take my job due to potential risk of lead paint in the areas they would be working. They mentioned this concern when at our house and we informed them that the areas they would be working did not have lead paint with several reasons proving this. If this really is the reason you didn't take my job, you could have told me this a few days after instead of using the excuse you were waiting for window quotes from the rep.
