After several weeks of no heat during the cold temps we experienced in January / February, I called in Pyramid to find out what the trouble was. Problem located quickly, and repaired...and in no time I had heat again. The techs were very pleasant, informative and worked quickly. Answered all my questions that I had, as well. Anymore issues with my heat, I will be calling them again. Thank you for your service.
