Property Manager Tim Benintendi failed to issue a resident parking tag, despite various requests over last 3+ years. Yesterday I had to pay $225 to Towing Company because one of the vehicle parked at Walnut Grove Condominiums was lacking the parking tag. If the manager of HOA would have issued a parking permit, then I would not have to pay a fine of $225. I have paid my monthly dues ever since totally $8550 to date, yet I am being denied the parking permit tag which I am entitled to.
