Had a great day today although England lost.

What I would say is can not fault the staff today. Dad was using a walking stick we walked past a set of lifts towards the stairs to the middle tear which the a member of staff ask to see my ticket. Needless to say he told us to use it and for which level we wanted. That made life so so much easier today. What excellent customer service.
