Mark Harris demonstrated excellent skills by allowing us time to think about our decision to purchase a vehicle. We wanted a white SUV, 22-25 MPG, 3 seats, warranty with low mileage. Mark showed us the perfect vehicle!! We knew the interest rate we could get from a credit union. Lithia beat the credit union's interest rate. We are thankful for our new vehicle, we bought a used 2014 Highlander with 19,000+ miles. We are getting 25 MPG on the highway. Everyone in the Lithia Center treated us with appreciation. I highly recommend Mark and Lithia to my friends and family. We looked at Lithia on recommendations from Chris Wofford and Brandi Rougeux. We will be back to trade again.
