If you really want to make an improvement I your health and get in shape, you have to make your workouts fun and something you'll look forward to. Bottom line is if you hate or dread your workout, you won't stick to it. I love cross fit Lehi because it is fun. I've made some really good friends. The workouts are actually really hard but really fun and they change it up every day. I actually think i might be able to do a pull up soon and that's saying allot for this momma. The work out is more like group personal training than being on your own at a gym. After every workout I'm dripping sweat and that never happened for me at a cheap typical gym. I can't get in shape at a typical gym because it's just not structured enough and I'd never do the exercises the coaches have me do. If this resonates with you, you should call the owner Danny and I'm sure he'll let you try a workout or two for free. Yes it's more expensive than your typical gym but cross fit is a totally different program that actually works! I think Danny will even let some members work a little in the child care to help reduce the monthly fee. Oh. That brings me to another point... the child care there is free free free. So momma you need some self time, you won't pay extra here for child care. That on and off itself is huge!
