Not again. Schedule K-1s are late this year just like they were for the past 4 years. What is wrong with you people? Get organized, do your taxes, and stop screwing up. Its causing the rest of us to file extensions. I regret ever investing in TW, and that feeling is shared by many of us. You didn't even send us an email notifying us you'd be late again. I'm emailing the Texas Sec of State and SEC. Maybe they can get you to learn your jobs.
