You can t get fresh rolls and bread until 8-9am. The store opens up at 6am so if you re an early bird like me forget about fresh bakery products. Vegetables are not always fresh. If u work in the city and have oportunity to shop at Whole Foods, do it. Stop and Shop is as pricey as Whole Foods so makes more sense to buy fresh feom Whole Foods.
