The first time I went in with my daughter. The front receptionist greeted me nicely and introduced us to JJ (Mr. Jarious Brooks). He was very nice and easy going. We did test drive right away, pilot and CR-V. The manager quickly printed out a few deals for us, and talked to us in a sincere voice. I did some research online and learned a few things about SUV and MiniVans before I went there. The quotes he gave me were not bad, he already put in some discount. We came home, I did further searching around. JJ called me to follow up, but not pushing, and emailed. I asked a few questions, which were answered immediately. After two weeks or so I drove home with Pilot EX-L AWD w/Honda sensing! Overall, it was nice and pleasant. Their finance is 0.9%, very good. They did try to help me find a good match for me, price and style.
