When I called to make an appointment the woman talked in circles contradicting everything she said. She could not let me know when I could make an appointment and then hung up on me. After dropping off my car for servicing no one called me to tell me if my car was done. When I called to check on it the woman I talked to told me my car was done but I couldn t pick it up because it was too close to closing. I asked to speak to a manger and he told me my car wasn t done but would have someone call me back. 45 minutes later no one called me so I had to call back. No one would answer my call or would transfer me to a line that would go to voicemail. Finally someone called me back and let me come pick up my car after hours . When we arrived to pick it up it still took another 30 minutes to get my car. They did not have any paperwork ready. They replaced 2 tires and couldn t tell me which tires they replaced. They also did not provide the inspection report until we asked. Overall, everyone was clueless and incompetent. I game never experienced anything like this in my life. I bought my car at crown Honda. But, I will NEVER go there again.
