I lost my job as many others did due to COVID. A week later, they showed up with an eviction notice right before the hold on evictions was placed. They were condescending, rude, and forced me to use money I did not have to pay off what was owed AND their own legal fees despite never going to court. They do not care about their customers. Their home office passes around calls and openly stated to me (multiple times) I didn t open your file so I don t know what your problem is and I think that sums them up enough. The apartment was great as were the property managers who deserve a MUCH higher pay than they get for dealing with all the mess that is upper management.
