Bad customer service. I was charged for parking and I am a platinum member. When I spoke to the front desk staff her name was Jayna and she was so RUDE AND SARCASTIC. Instead of helping and fixing the problem she make it difficult by referring me to the Parking Manager who has no knowledge why I was directed to him. JAYNA should not be in the front desk position because she has no manners and bad attitude !
