Buying process is very good. Ask for Mohamed if you want excellent customer service. There is a big issue with communication at this dealership. It is very tough to get a hold of anyone especially Finance and Service Managers. I have left countless messages to the finance voice mail and sent emails to the 2 finance managers but I have not heard anything back from them. The after buying customer experience I feel is more important then the actual buying experience.

Update 11/15/2017 My last two visits to the service has been much better. thank you bmw of sterling for listening. Making mistakes is ok, as long as strides are made to correct them!
