The staff at LACMA are awful, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Staff would often pretend not to hear questions but would chastise patrons for the smallest infractions. Meanwhile, security personnel hung out in groups on the edges of galleries, speaking loudly and laughing. Each staff member appeared to have their own set of rules and expectations, which changed practically from room to room. If I wanted to pay to be harassed and persecuted there are an infinite number of Scientology establishments in the Los Angeles area where I could sign up for Sea Org instead.
