I dropped off my laptop for a diagnostic for accidental liquid damage. During the consult, the staff didn't really do a great job of answering my questions and it quite frankly felt like they didn't care. They sent me a quote for the repair and I asked if a technician could walk me through what exact damage was found during the diagnostic. They never called me back and when I reached out, I got a mediocre response. I still do not know exactly what they found during the diagnostic. When I declined the repair and asked them to put my computer back together they said they would call me when it was ready for pickup. They never called back, and I had to reach out to find out the status of my computer. As they charge a non-refundable $50 + tax diagnostic fee, you would think you'd get responsive, professional, and quality service. This is the first time I've gone 3rd party for my Macbook Pro and will probably be the last. Don't waste your time and just go to the Apple Store for full service.

When I spoke with the director about this, he was very receptive to the feedback. However, be aware that this business is not firing on full cylinders as of now.
