Review of Wagsworth Manor

We have been taking our pup here for about a year ...

We have been taking our pup here for about a year and a half. In the beginning it was great. The staff was so attentive. But then they started to leave. All of the originals are gone and so did the personal touch they used to give. When I spoke to the ownership about this, it seemed to go on deaf ears. The customer service staff does what they can. But always seem to be on the phone. I would think that should be to group in the offices job since they don t really make an effort to support the girls up front unless they are pushed.
Many times recently there are 8 to 10 people there to pick up their pups and only one runner bringing them up. Darby one of the runners fits her title as she is always running to try to keep the customers happy. When I see the Maintenance Guy there he always jumps into help. That s more then I can say for the group in the office. The other runners also do a great job but it seems at that time of the day are over worked.
This is just my view but I felt it was time I said something!!!
