We met Shyloh in early November 2019 when we put an offer on a house that we ended up missing out on due to our offer being subject to the sale of our current property. This is when Shyloh took the time to explain to us that as a buyer putting an offer on a house subject to the sale of your house is not ideal and many sellers bork at the idea. At this point my partner and I decided to put our house on the market. Our house ended up selling much faster than the average sell time for the area even with Christmas and New Year plus heatwave conditions we experienced in early December which slowed the market down and reduced the numbers that went through our home opens. Shyloh always returned our calls and answered our emails quickly at all hours of the day and night.
