Staff have been polite and caring and honest and sincere, large clean room and some of the softest sheets i have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in.
The only parts i would say need improving are the circles restaurant, there needs to be more space and clearly defined areas of seating that are quieter otherwise its like a meat market and people need a sense of peace first thing in the morning. The other would be the porters service when checking in, there were 3-4 porters at the desk and none came forward to help, all were busy with nothing, it was quite frustrating that i had to leave some of my bags on their own outside of my car and walk over to get the attention of them. After that the service was fine.
