Arrived and checked into a room I was unhappy with. Dingy couch, felt dirty, walls looked all scuffed up, carpet in rough shape. Let them know and was switched to a room in much better condition. I think the furniture could still use an upgrade, but atleast it looked clean. Pool area upgrades are awesome, but the pools seemed to have a but of debris & the heated pools, especially the lazy river and hot tubs could be warmer. Some of the hot tubs felt like warm bath water. Lot of build up on the tiles on the pool walls, just looks like pools need better upkeep in general, outside heated pool floor covered with sand, needed vaccumed badly. Staff was nice and helpful, would like to see more upgrades to the rooms and better maintained pools. Pool towels were hard to come by and when I did grab one it reminded me more of a hand towel. Parking deck is a nice touch with the crosswalk, but it got really crowded in there quick, would like to see more hotel parking on either sides of the hotel as well. Appliances all worked fine although a blender could have been nice, called and asked housekeeping but they mentioned they do not have or supply them. Great location, great amentities. Just feel like it could be so much better, with just a bit of attention in some areas, and some love in others.
