Edit: A big thank you to the manager, Brad, at the Improv for being willing to rectify this situation and contacting me regarding this the same day. I appreciate the effort and have corrected my rating to reflect the great service I ve had at the venue itself and not just the issue below.

Don t often post reviews, but this one is more to do with the calls associated with this place. I haven t had a bad experience at the venue, however I must have ended up on a ticket list at some point. I get cold calls every couple of weeks for shows and ticket opportunities and I appreciate the gesture.

However, I received a call today from a male rep asking if I had time for a show tomorrow. I told him I did not. He sounded like he took it personally for some reason and asked if I would like to be taken off the call list. I nicely said yes and then he hung up on me. So... I guess I m off the list? Either way, please don t be rude when the other person isn t being rude.
