First I always like to start with the positive. The new store is really nice and waiting area is very big and looks very nice. Honda has vehicles built to last at affordable prices. Now the not so good. Took car in for a loud noise and spring maintenance. The loud noise was diagnosed and would be fixed. Brought car in Friday had it until Monday due to they bought wrong part. Still ok with that until I picked it up. Loud noise was louder than before not sure what they did. Honda contacted me and made it right by having me come in and check out what else it could be. They took it for a test drive with me and figured out the problem. Fixed issue and car sounds great. Brian the service manager did everything to make it right. Keep up the good work and great customer service.
