Horrible management!! Very rude and not helpfull. You call about a problem in your apt and they do a half a%$ job fixing it. We heard birds chirping and walking around above us plus I seen the birds feet through the above light fixture I called to let them know and they called us liars, there was and still is bird poop on the light panel. We had a burnt out light in the kitchen 2 flooresnt lights they fixed it great they came back to do some more work and couldn't put the light back the right way. It was very dirty when we moved in, you could barley see out some of the windows. They have a big crack in the ceiling in the hallway that's caving down over water pipes! The basement is even worse, pipes hanging from chains and weak support clamps very damp. There was a leak coming from the 3rd floor into our fuse panel! Not safe, looks like they had a problem with it before because it was all patched up when we moved in plus the patch job they did was very damp I could stick my finger through it without any force and went right through, was all moldy and damp behind the fuse panel. Stair railing are very loose and not safe I don't get how they get away with it. I'll be calling the health department to come check this building out. Do not trust berg management, horrible. Heat barley works when it's cold outside, so much more to list but I'm sure you get the idea. For your sake do not rent anything with them. Very disrespectful.
