I would like to make a complaint about an employee. Her name was Monika and I was served at 8.05pm. I would like it noted that she was rude, aggressive and dismissive. She walked off when I asked for vegetarian noodles muttering that they had finished, she barked orders and didn't even say thank you at the end. She just dumped the change on the counter. I think you really have a training issue . I have never had this problem from Pret or Itsu.
