We had a fantastic experience at Toyota of Tri Cities! First, let me tell you that we had never been to this dealership, don't live in Tri Cities, and don't know the owner or any of the employees there, so please know that this review is not one of those "planted" good reviews... this is for real. We had a 90k service done on our Lexus GX470 at an independent shop in East Wenatchee, WA the previous day. We were on the road, pulling a huge cargo trailer across country when, only an hour or two out of town, hear serpentine belt noise. Knowing we were soon to be going through Tri Cities, we got online and found the Toyota Dealership and called their service department. They were kind enough to tell us that they would look at our car as soon as we drove in, not "our next opening is a week from next Tuesday", as you might have gotten from another dealership. Upon our arrival we were treated like royalty by Dillon Thorne (one of the service mgrs) who even volunteered to call the independent shop we'd had the sub-standard work done at to negotiate for THEM to pay for our new serpentine belt put on incorrectly by the previous shop. Not only do we owe Toyota of Tri Cities a huge "Thank You", but the price they charged for parts and labor was so fair and low that the independent shop in East Wenatchee ALSO owes them a big thank you. We would take our car here for service if we lived in the area... they are great, know what they are doing, and are straight shooters. Buying a new car, I can't imagine you'd go wrong buying here. This is a great dealership!
