Absolutely horrible. My mother has been fighting cancer and knowingly signed up with dish services, the agent had said to her that she could get out of the contract at any time without a penalty due to her situation. Now that we have moved her to my brothers home and she has been placed on hospice (because she is terminally ill), they are not witholding their end of the bargain. I sent them a copy of the paperwork that in plain letterhead from the hospital states that she has been placed on hospice care. They want MORE proof, a letter written and signed by her doctor with hospital lettehead. Absolutely ridiculous, do not do business with these people by all means!
