My new go to spot for services! Ryan is awesome! You can tell that he really cares and making sure everything is taken care of. My key fob stopped working, first i called larry h miller toyota, and thry said i just needed to buy a new key fob for 103 and its will cost 59.99 to program the new key fob.. i then called this dealership and they told me they can test the key fob first to see if its still good and might just need to be reprogrammed if its still good for 34.99, which is the case after they tested the key fob..there was one hiccup at firstvwhen i was told to go to the parts department to get the key fob tested. The guy just replaced my battery and was telling me they cant test the keyfob, and if its still not working then i just need to order a new one..m still giving 5 stars because when i went back to the service front desk and told them what the guy from the parts department told me, ryan went ahead and took my key fob to the parts department and tested it himself and took care of me from then on. this is really good service! Saved alot of money going here..i would have had to buy a key fob and paid more for programming if i went to lhm toyota because they didnt even offer to test the keyfob
