I was interested in buying a BMW motor bike for which I contacted them through their online AD. I received a call from them the same day and was told that their representative is getting the vehicle to dehradun where I live. I had a conversation with their representative on phone and the meeting was scheduled the same day but he never showed up. Then another meeting was scheduled the following day but then he didn't show up again. I even offered them that I can come to the main city which is not very far from my home but then I never got replied to that text. I felt that a potential customer was ignored this way in a very disappointing and unprofessional manner. It was a sort of experience that I can expect from a brand like Mahindra which caters a different class and Status. Very disappointed. I should not suggest anyone to approach Krishna BMW in future.
