Griffin Jewelry has been using Lightspeed for 4 1/2 months. Lightspeed is an integral part of our daily operations. Our staff works more efficiently as a team due to the cloud based retail system. It is easy to track sales, review inventory, and monitor work orders. Our customers like the new system because we can see what they have purchased and we provide a picture of their jewelry that is being repaired. This cloud based system is compatible with iPad and Google Chrome. Lightspeed customer care is excellent and we have access to the online chat 24/7. The interface of reports in Lightspeed is very helpful and allows us to track sales, by day, brand, and customer. We highly recommend Lightspeed as a point of sale system.
