I give this the star HESITATLY for the experiences you can have from the rides. My family did the bobsled and it was AWESOME! HOWEVER, I give ZERO for the HORRID customer service at the front desk. And a ZERO for the complacent, smug management. After reading other reviews on here I now realize it wasn't just me that felt belittled by the staff.

I walk in, ask a nice older woman what prices and time waits are in the rides, she gave the info, I said thanks and walked off. After picking our rides and signing our waivers, I stroll up to the desk again, only this time it's a different, girl with long blond hair and resting b--ch face. I let her know we are ready, she then tells us that the bobsled isn't accepting anymore rides for the day. Okay, no biggy. But, the shuttle driver for the bobsled walks up and says it's okay, he can take one more. THAT is when it all went south. She immediately got an attitude. Like it was my fault that he over heard her and bypassed her decision. Again, okay, fine but don't take your frustration for not being able to close down your register just yet, on me, the customer. She then, with the most blantent valley snot face voice asked if I had my close toed shoes? Which was news to me that you had to have them, I politely replied that I did not and didn't know I needed to have a close toe shoe. - She rolls her eyes, and I mean obviously rolls her eyes and says she JUST told me five minutes ago that I needed them. I let her know, again politely that she must have mistaken a conversation with someone else for me. That's when this EMPLOYEE tries to argue with me that it was me. Mind you, my 3 year old daughter is standing there, my nephew, my mom, my FAMILY all gob smacked at her rudeness. I then calmly ask her if there is a reason she is being so rude to me? She turns around and walks off to get my refund receipt without word. (since I did not have close toe shoes, I was out of the bobsled ride - bummer but understandable).

I was floored. Who did this juvinille employee think she was arguing with me that I was some customer she already spoke with??? It wasn't me, BUT had it been, I still would have been pissed by the sophomoric mentality and general "better than" disposition she had with a customer. - I walked away, nearly in tears from form frustration and humility. As I walked away, I filled with anger and called her a name under my breath to my mother, that I shouldn't have said. (Rhythms with ditch which) She then yells over the desk with her smug little face (knowing her management would rather make his much younger employee girls happy than a grown women customer), and asks if I would like to talk to management. I immediately, having been filled up with humiliation and anger say that YES, I would.

HA! management. If you've been there you understand this joke. - This coy little man is standing at the desk, by what I am presuming is his lunch break flirt , I fill him in calmly, nearly chocking back tears. And with every respectably sentence, he has blank, in one ear out the other, nod. Staring blankly at me as if he was going over his list of closing duties, and how happy his young employee was going to be with him for not disiplining her. I realize he is not listening, or caring. So I decided it best to end the conversation. So I simply ended, with an eyeful of tears, that he please just make sure his employees don't make another customer try and feel stupid as she did me. He gives me what I can only describe as a Saturday Night Live spoof fake "Okay".

AND here is the best part. As I am leaving there is another older man standing there, saying he got the SAME treatment from the staff just 5 min prior & it's not okay to treat customers, let alone any other human being that way.

NOW, I must conclude that the driver of the shuttle from Croasia? Or Germany? was WONDERFUL, hilarious & was able to make me and my family smile after such an ordeal. The staff at the bobsled ride itself were also funny and informative. I would give them & the ride 10
