Anyone else think that the response of 'Thank you for your review' is a little crass, considering the overwhelming negativity that people express here over the ISP?

I'm just saying, if Buckeye didn't have a local monopoly they'd be out of business. The data cap defaults are low enough that they might as well just immediately charge you 30 extra dollars for unlimited rather than pretending you have a choice (not that data caps are reasonable in the slightest to begin with).
